5.1 Refunds

Refunds may be considered for the following cases:
• Duplicate payments made in error
• Overcharges due to billing errors
• Failure to deliver services due to internal issues

Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind after work has commenced
• Incomplete service delivery due to client inaction or delay
• Subscription fees once the billing cycle has started

5.2 Cancellations

• One-Time Services: Cancellations must be requested before the commencement of work. Partial refunds may apply, subject to service progress.
• Subscription Services: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the billing cycle, but services will continue until the end of the paid term.

5.3 Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email hello@gosenang.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction, including:
• Full name and contact details
• Invoice or reference number
• Reason for the request

We will respond within 5 business days, and approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any new Terms.

Go Senang Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within Malaysia.
